Land-use can be confirmed by viewing aerial photographs. For instance, there are cattle grazing in the top left corner and above the small pools to the right of the creek.

The trees toward the edge have been affected somewhat by relief displacement which makes the trees seem to lean. Height of the trees can be calculated from this displacement or from measuring the shadows. The shadows from trees and other features on the landscape also provide information regarding the time of day the images were acquired. This image was acquired during morning hours.
